– Flour – Baking Powder – Buttermilk: – Large Eggs – Real Vanilla Extract – Vegetable Oil – Fresh Ricotta cheese – Granulated Sugar – Fresh lemon zest
Use fresh ricotta cheese with your pancakes. Use fresh lemon zest from washed clean lemons. (I like a lot of lemon zest) You can add a teaspoon of lemon juice inside the pancakes as well.
