This keto crack chicken recipe is full of flavor. Tender diced chicken with bacon crumbles, seasoning, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese. Rich and creamy, this Instant Pot Recipe is sure to be a favorite family dinner.
Close the Instant Pot lid and seal the valve. Select high pressure for 7 minutes. Once done cooking, allow it to naturally release for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes then manually release.
Open the Instant Pot and remove some of the liquid and set aside.
Turn the Instant Pot back onto Saute Mode.
Add the cream cheese and cheddar cheese.
Stir until it is completely combined. If you feel it is too dry you can add some of the liquid back in.
Plate your Crack Chicken and add bacon crumbles and green onions and serve with a green salad
