Watermelon Pico De Gallo

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Watermelon Seedless and Diced
  • 1 Cup Canteloupe Seeded and Diced
  • 4 Jalapeno Peppers Seeded and Chopped
  • 1 Lime For Zesting and Juice
  • 1/2 Cup Red Onion Diced
  • 1/4 Cup Cilantro Chopped
  • Salt To Taste
  • Pepper To Taste

Instructions

  • Prepare all your ingredients by finely chopping each one.
  • In a large bowl add all the ingredients.
  • Next, zest the lime and add the lime juice over the top.
  • Toss and refrigerate for 30 minutes to let the flavors combine.
  • Add Salt and Pepper to Taste.

Notes

Dice and Chop your ingredients to the same dimensions.
Seed your Jalapenos and wash your hands afterward.
Choose Red or White onions depending on the color you want to add to your Pico De Gallo. Red onions are milder than white onions.
You can add additional ingredients if you choose, such as Avocado, or you can make it without canteloupe.
