Chicken Salad Wraps

Chicken Salad Wraps are a great back to school kids lunch idea. It's back to school time and this summer our family has started to work on eating more healthy as well as working on reducing our budget.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb of boiled boneless chicken breast
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • Sliced Grapes
  • Sliced Almonds Optional
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Gluten Free Tortillas

Instructions

  • Chop boiled chicken into 1/2 cubes or shred.
  • Add remaining ingredients when chicken is cool.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Season to Taste.
  • Spoon into tortilla and Slice in half.

Notes

If you have nut allergies omit the sliced almonds.
