A Delicious Healthy Pumpkin Spice Protein Shake made of Pumpkin Puree, Bananas, Protein Powder, and spices. This smoothie recipe has lots of vitamins, protein and is Dairy-Free and Gluten-Free.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup almond milk unsweetened
  • 1/2 banana Frozen
  • 1/4 cup Vegan Protein Powder Chocolate or Vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  • Put all of the ingredients into your Vita-mix or Nutribullet.
  • Start on low, increase quickly to high, until thoroughly blended.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

Use Vanilla or Chocolate Protein Powder.
