Ingredients

  • 1 Package Pita Pockets
  • 2 cups Romaine Lettuce Chopped
  • 2 cups Grilled Chicken Chopped
  • 1/2 cup Sliced Grape tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Feta Cheese
  • 1/4 Sliced Red Onions
  • 1/2 Cucumber Chopped
  • Kalamata Olives Chopped
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Open a Sliced Pita Pocket and add all ingredients.
  • Add some hummus and salt and pepper.

Save Time by Preparing Ahead
I usually will grill a large package o fresh chicken for dinner and save 1 or 2 breasts for the Chicken Salad the next day. That way, it only takes a few minutes to make these Grilled Chicken Salad Pita Pockets.
