  • 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 Banana (Frozen)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground chia seeds
  • 1 Cup Fresh Brewed Black Tea Strong
  • Ice Cubes
  • 3 Tablespoon Chai Tea Spice Syrup Torani
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Protein Powder Optional

Instructions
