  • 1 cup Almond Milk Or any dairy free milk
  • 1 Banana preferrably fresh
  • 1/2 cup Frozen or fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 ts Vanilla extract Or Stevia optional
  • 1 ts chia seeds


  • Add Dairy Free Milk First, then add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
