Ingredients

  • 1 cup Coconut Milk Unsweetened or Almond MIlk
  • 1 cup Spinach Or Kale
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries Fresh or Frozen
  • 1 cup Peaches Frozen
  • 1/2 Banana Fresh or Frozen Sliced
  • 1 ts Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 ts Flax Seed Chia Seeds or Raw Sunflower Seeds

Instructions

  • Add the liquid to the blender, add remaining ingredients and blend for 30 - 60 seconds

Notes

Use Part Fresh and Part Frozen Fruits. 
Use a high-powered blender for the best results. 
You Can Refrigerate the smoothies in a glass ball jar with a lid for 48 hours. Stir or shake well before consuming.
