2Tablespoonschopped jalapeno pepperstemmed and seeded
Juice of 1 lime
Salt
Crackers or Tortilla Chips
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine all chopped ingredients except the salt. Slowly add salt to taste.
Chill for 1 hour. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
Notes
This is red white and blue for summer holidays, but you can mix it up however you like. No jicama? Use apples. Bananas would also be a "white" food. If using bananas, add some lime juice to them before placing in the bowl.
