  • 4 Skinless Boneless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Can Cream of Chicken with Herbs Soup
  • 1 Can Cream of Mushroom with Roasted Garlic Soup
  • 4 minced garlic
  • 1 Juice of Fresh Lemon
  • Minute Rice (or other rice)


  • Cook Chicken in Crockpot on Low for 6 hours on high for 3 hours (covered)
  • Carefully Drain the juices.
  • In medium bowl, mix together 2 soups and lemon juice
  • Pour over chicken and cook for 30 more minutes on high
  • In Medium Saucepan Make Minute Rice according to package (Any rice will do)
  • Serve chicken over rice and add lemon slices for garnish to plate
