Ingredients

  • 4 Skinless Boneless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken with Herbs Soup
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom with Roasted Garlic Soup
  • 4 minced garlic
  • 1 Juice of Fresh Lemon
  • Minute Rice (or other rice)

Instructions

  • Cook Chicken in Crockpot on Low for 6 hours on high for 3 hours (covered).
  • Carefully Drain the juices.
  • In medium bowl, mix together 2 soups and lemon juice.
  • Pour over chicken and cook for 30 more minutes on high.
  • In Medium Saucepan Make Minute Rice according to package (Any rice will do).
  • Serve chicken over rice and add lemon slices for garnish to plate.

Notes

Use whatever type of rice you'd like here. You could also serve over quinoa for extra protein. Nutrition facts are for chicken only, not what you are serving it over.
