Pumpkin Spice Magic Bars

Pumpkin Spice Magic Bars take two of seasons favorite ideas and mix them into one.  There are lots of great flavors mixed into this dessert bar. Last year I made these traditional magic bars and they are just as delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 5 Tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 Tablespoons granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup toasted pumpkin seeds or nuts of your choice
  • 1/2 bar of Baker's White Chocolate chopped
  • 1/4 cup Baker's Angel Flake Coconut
  • 1/2 cup Kraft Caramel Bits
  • 1/4 cup of Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/2 cup Sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 Tablespoons of Pumpkin Spice Jell-o Pudding Powder

Instructions

  • Heat Oven to 350 degrees.
  • In an Foil lined 8 X 8 Pan, spray with cooking spray.
  • Add graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and sugar to bowl and combine and pat into bottom of pan.
  • Add coconut, chopped white chocolate, caramel bits, and nuts on top of crust.
  • In another bowl whisk, pumpkin puree, jello powder and sweetened condensed milk and pour over top of pan.
  • Bake for 29 minutes. Cool completely before cutting.
