- 1 Tablespoon fresh Lavender buds or 2 - 3 drops of essential oil
- Juice of 6 Lemons
- 5 cups Water
- 1 cup Raw Honey
Boil 2 1/2 cups water in pan with honey and lavender.
Let cool and steep for 20 minutes.
Add remainder water and fresh lemon juice with ice.
Strain Lavender Buds in a Strainer into your Glass.
Garnish with Sliced Lemons.
Since you need the juice from 6 lemons to make this drink, I do not suggest trying to squeeze them by hand. Sure, this is an option, but it will take far too long.
Instead, use a lemon juicer. It is small and worth the investment. There are electric ones and the kind that you just squeeze the lemons on.
