Ingredients
8.5ozartichoke heartsdrained and chopped
1cupof mayonnaise
1 1/2cupsgrated parmesan cheese
1cupof sour cream
2 1/2Teaspoonsof lemon juice
1/2Teaspoonof white pepper
1/2Teaspoongarlic powder
1/2Teaspooncayenne pepper
2Tablespoonscrumbled bacon optional
Instructions
Preheat over to 350 degrees. Combine artichokes, mayo, sour cream, 1 cup parmesan, lemon juice, white pepper, garlic powder, cayenne pepper in a large bowl. Stir until mixed.
Pour ingredients into an 8 or 9 inch round baking dish. Sprinkle left over parmesan on top and crumbled bacon.
Bake in oven for 25 minutes or until top is brown. Serve warm with cup up vegetables, pita chips, or tortilla chips.
Notes
This dip can be served hot OR cold!Serve with chips, baguette, or veggies.
