What’s in my smoothie you ask? Well I like to change it up every few days and right now I am drinking a banana espresso chocolate green smoothie. Wow, that is a long title.

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
  • 1 handful of spinach or kale
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of instant coffee or espresso
  • 8 oz of water or milk
  • 1 small banana
  • Ice

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a Magic Bullet in order listed.
  • Pulse until desired texture.

Notes

  • Use frozen fruit or add ice for the desired texture.
  • Use regular or decaf coffee.
