Key Lime Smoothie

It feels like you're on vacation at a tropical island with this Key Lime Smoothie recipe. Complete with graham cracker crumbs, whipped cream, and key lime juice.

Ingredients

  • 2 5.3 ounce Key Lime Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 Cup Baby Spinach
  • 1 Banana Fresh or Frozen
  • 1/2 Cup Pineapple Chunks Canned
  • 1 Cup Almond Milk
  • 2 Tablespoons Key Lime Juice Nellie and Joe
  • 1 Lime
  • 2 Cups Ice
  • 1/2 Cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • Whipped Cream Optional

Instructions

  • Add the first 6 ingredients into a blender and blend
  • Add Ice Continue Blending
  • Place Graham Cracker Crumbs on a shallow plate
  • Cut the Lime and run along the rim of the 2 glasses.
  • Dip into the graham cracker crumbs
  • Add a dollop of whipped cream and lime slice (optional)

Notes

Use a frozen banana for a thicker smoothie. 
You can substitute kale or any other leaf for spinach
Consume immediately.
