    Frequently Asked Questions

I don’t like Spinach can I substitute another leaf?

Yes, any green leaf will do.

    Can I use plain yogurt?

You can use plain yogurt. It is not as tart as greek yogurt. Also, the Key Lime Flavor gives it a stronger key lime taste.

Can I use a fresh or frozen banana?

You can use either. A frozen one will give it a thicker consistency.

Can I make it and consume it later?

If you are not going to drink immediately, you can refrigerate and reblend before drinking. Just don’t add the whipped cream until you consume it.

My favorite equipment for making smoothies is the Ninja Smoothie Maker. This blends in no time. Don’t forget some of these cute paper straws to make your smoothie more festive.
