Cook Chicken in Crockpot on Low for 6 hours on high for 3 hours (covered).
Carefully Drain the juices.
In medium bowl, mix together 2 soups and lemon juice.
Pour over chicken and cook for 30 more minutes on high.
In Medium Saucepan Make Minute Rice according to package (Any rice will do).
Serve chicken over rice and add lemon slices for garnish to plate.
