Ingredients
- 1 15.25 oz Strawberry Cake Mix
- 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 Egg Large
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder Use fresh baking powder
- White Chocolate Chips
- Valentine Sprinkles
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine a box of cake mix with egg, oil, and baking powder, and extract, add sprinkles and white chocolate chips if desired.
- Roll the cookie dough into balls about 2 inches across.
- Flatten each with the bottom of a glass.
- Bake for 8-12 minutes or until centers are set. Let cookies cool.
- Heat white chocolate chips in a piping bag 20 seconds at a time, until melted.
- Snip off the tip of the bag and drizzle back and forth over 1/2 or all of the cookie. Add sprinkles before the chocolate melts.
