Pumpkin Spice Magic Bars

  • 1 Cup of Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 5 TB melted butter
  • 2 TB granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup toasted pumpkin seeds or nuts of your choice
  • 1/2 bar of Baker's White Chocolate chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Baker's Angel Flake Coconut
  • 1/2 Cup Kraft Caramel Bits
  • 1/4 cup of Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/2 Cup Sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 TB of Pumpkin Spice Jell-o Pudding Powder


  • Heat Oven to 350 degrees
  • In an Foil lined 8 X 8 Pan, spray with cooking spray
  • Add graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and sugar to bowl and combine and pat into bottom of pan.
  • Add coconut, chopped white chocolate, caramel bits, and nuts on top of crust.
  • In another bowl whisk, pumpkin puree, jello powder and sweetened condensed milk and pour over top of pan.
  • Bake for 29 minutes. Cool completely before cutting.
