You don’t have to be a sports fan to enjoy these game day 7 Layer Mini Chili Cheese Boats. That’s the great thing about appetizers and snacks, they go perfectly with game day and Hormel Chili Nation is no exception to the rule. This year we just moved into our new home and we will be hosting the big game at our house and using some of our tailgate party ideas.

I have been working on our menu and trying to accommodate everyone’s tastes. I think everyone should have some kind of Chili recipe available and after finding some fun cups at the store, I decided to make individual appetizers.

These boats are really filling and they have all the fixings of a meal into an individual cup-size snack. But I promise you will still have room for some delicious desserts.

This recipe is similar to a 7 layer dip but you bake these boats in the oven and everyone will get just enough in a few bites.
