These Berry Delicious Nachos are a fun appetizer to share with your friends when they come over for a visit.
Last year, I was reading one of my favorite blogs, Tidy Mom and she shared Berry Delicious Chocolate Nachos. I made them and this week I updated my post to add some new pictures. It is part of my easy dessert recipes page.
I already had some whipping cream, cinnamon, sugar, butter and chocolate chips on hand, so I just had to get some strawberries. I originally was going to use them do dip in chocolate but they were so small, they ended up perfect for this dish because I had to slice them up.
Berry Delicious Nachos

Once I had everything together, I had my daughter slice up the strawberries and brush melted butter on the tortillas. Then we used a pizza cutter and sliced them up. Then we mixed up the cinnamon and sugar and sprinkled it on. I had some cinnamon sugar from Trader Joe’s so that saved a little time. We baked them for 10 minutes on 350 degrees.
While they were baking, I tempered the chocolate and whipped up the whipping cream and added a little agave to it. I put a few dollops of whipped cream on top of the strawberries and then drizzled some chocolate over it.
