    Why I Love This Appetizer

This homemade watermelon salsa is so easy to make. Just chop up a few ingredients and in under 15 minutes you have a delicious recipe that the whole family will love.

Ingredients on a cutting board for Pico De Gallo

    Ingredients

Watermelon: If you can find seedless it is the easiest to use. A small one will be just right.

Cantaloupe: Get a nice ripe cantaloupe so it’s juicy.

Lime Juice: Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice has a delicious flavor. You can also use bottled if you must.

Jalapenos: Make sure you remove all the seeds and make sure not to touch your eyes or face afterward. Trust me.

Red Onion: You can choose either white or red and pick the one you want for color.

Cilantro: Fresh cilantro from the store or garden gives this salad beautiful color.

    Salt and Pepper to taste.
