    Substitutions & Variations

    • Fresh strawberries → Use frozen strawberries (thawed and drained) or strawberry preserves. Try Blueberries or Frozen Peaches also.
    • Heavy cream → Substitute with whipped topping or full-fat coconut cream for a dairy-free option.
    • Cream cheese → Use dairy-free cream cheese or mascarpone for a softer texture.
    • Graham cracker crumbs → Swap with gluten-free graham crackers, vanilla wafers, or shortbread cookies.

Step-by-Step Instructions for No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecakes

After cleaning your strawberries, slice and set aside.

In a small bowl, add graham cracker crumbs and melted butter and combine until smooth. You can also use graham crackers and pulse into a food processor.

Add divided graham cracker crumbs into the bottom of 4 jars. Use a tamper to press down on crumbs.

Add your powdered Sugar to Whipping Cream, with a hand mixer, beat until stiff peaks form.

Add remaining ingredients into a bowl and beat until blended with a hand electric mixer. Fold both mixtures together carefully until well blended.

Serving Ideas for Party Dessert Jars

    • Mini Dessert Jars on a Tiered Stand: Arrange the cheesecake jars on a cake stand or tiered tray with fresh strawberries and mint tucked in between for a simple, elegant display.
    • Ribbon-Tied Party Favors: Tie a small ribbon or baker’s twine around each jar and add a handwritten tag — perfect for birthdays, showers, or tea parties.
    • Whipped Cream & Berry Finish: Top each jar with a swirl of whipped cream, a sliced strawberry, and a light dusting of graham cracker crumbs for a polished look.
    • Outdoor Tea or Picnic Display: Serve the jars in a shallow tray filled with ice to keep them chilled, making them easy to enjoy at garden parties or outdoor gatherings.

    🧁Top Baking Tips

If you’re going to make this recipe, make sure to follow this top tip!

    • Clean Your Strawberries: Start by cleaning your strawberries when you first purchase them from the store. Put them in a bowl of cool water with 1 part vinegar to three parts water for 15 minutes. Then rinse with cold water and pat dry with a paper towel. This removes any grime or pesticides and keeps your berries fresher for a longer period of time.

    Tools Used for Cheesecakes

    • Tart Tamper: To make it easier to get the crust firm, use a tart tamper. It fits inside the jars perfectly.
    • Sprinkles to add to your topping. For that extra splash of pizzazz.
    • Ribbon for decorating your dessert. A beautiful addition to your treat.
    • Glass Mason Jars – 8 oz jars. The perfect container for your dessert.
