How to Make a Smoothie Thinner or Thicker

Start with your liquid. Decide if you will be eating with a spoon or straw. Add 1/2 cup of liquid first. The banana will be what bulks up this smoothie. Add more milk to thin out. Add more bananas to make it thicker.

What is the Best Blender for Smoothies?

When making smoothies, the best consistency is achieved when using a high-powered blender. I use a Ninja Smoothie Maker. You can also use a Vitamix. This will blend the frozen fruit the best, and not leave chunks of fruit or ice. I prefer to use a mix of fresh and frozen fruit without ice. Get the Superfood Smoothie Guide with Recipes Here.
