    Dairy-Free Banana Mango Smoothie

    A Dairy-free banana mango smoothie is a delicious way to start your day. It also includes the superfood chia seed. They’re full of potassium and provide you with an energizing burst that will last all morning. Enjoy all our best smoothie recipes here.

    This Smoothie has just a few ingredients including, Almond Milk, Mangos, Strawberries, Bananas, and Chia Seeds.

    Just a few ingredients and 5 minutes and you have a glass of vitamins and an easy way to start your day. You can choose to make this a breakfast meal or a mid-afternoon snack.

    How to Make a Smoothie Thinner or Thicker

    Start with your liquid. Decide if you will be eating with a spoon or straw. Add 1/2 cup of liquid first. The banana will be what bulks up this smoothie. Add more milk to thin out. Add more bananas to make it thicker.

    Can you make smoothies the day before?

    Yes, you can make a double batch of smoothies and place the extra in a glass ball jar with a lid for up to 48 hours. Stir or shake before serving.

    Ingredients  

    • 1 cup Almond Milk Or any dairy free milk
    • 1 Banana preferrably fresh
    • 1/2 cup Frozen or fresh strawberries
    • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
    • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract Or Stevia optional
    • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

    Instructions

    • Add milk to blender first.
    • Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.

    Notes

    Use fresh or frozen fruit. What you use will determine the final texture of the smoothie.
