Ingredients
- 1 cup Almond Milk Or any dairy free milk
- 1 Banana preferrably fresh
- 1/2 cup Frozen or fresh strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract Or Stevia optional
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
