    Ingredients

    Ingredients for hibiscus green tea spritzer.
    • Hibiscus Tea With an abundance of Vitamin C, hibiscus has many benefits for your skin, hair, and body.
    • Green Tea This earthy tea has many health qualities and benefits
    • Grape Juice
    • Sweetener of Choice: Honey, Agave, or Stevia
    • Optional Blackberries or fruit of choice.

    Substitutions and Variations

    • Instead of green tea: Try white tea for a milder flavor or oolong tea for a slightly richer taste.
    • Instead of hibiscus tea: Use rosehip tea or a berry herbal tea blend for a similar tart, fruity vibe.
    • Instead of sugar or honey: Try maple syrup, agave nectar, stevia, or even a splash of elderflower syrup for a floral touch.
    • Sparkling water or club soda: Add after steeping for a fizzy finish.
    • Fresh citrus juice: A splash of lemon, lime, or orange brightens the flavor.
    • Fresh herbs: Muddle a bit of mint, basil, or even lavender for a fancy twist.
    • Fruit garnishes: Add sliced strawberries, cucumber, or citrus wheels for extra flair.

    Step-by-Step Hibiscus Spritzer Instructions

    • Step 1: Brew Hibiscus Tea
    • Step 2: Brew Green Tea (This can be done separately or together at the same time.
    • Step 3: Add the grape juice.
    • Step 4: Taste your beverage first and add sweetener as needed.
    • Step 5: In a separate tall glass, add your blackberries intermixed with the ice for a nice effect.
    • Step 6: Pour your hibiscus tea after it has cooled a few minutes so as not to melt all the ice at once. Add a few blackberries on top and a sprig of mint.

    Ingredients  

    • 1 Cup Hot Water 212 degrees
    • 1 Teabag Green Tea
    • 1 Teabag Hibiscus Tea
    • 1 Cup White Grape Juice
    • 1 Teaspoon Sweetener Agave, Stevia, or Sugar
    • Blackberries Optional

    Instructions

    • Heat 1 Cup of water to 212 degrees
    • Add Both Teabags and brew for 3 minutes
    • Add optional Sweetener
    • Add Ice and Blackberries to 8oz glass
    • Pour Brewed Tea into the glass

    Notes

    Substitute Blackberries for Blueberries, Raspberries or Strawberries
    Substitute optional sugars, (Maple Syrup, Agave, Stevia, or Sugar)
